工作流程：
1、污泥池：初沉池、二沉池的所有污泥均用空气提至WSZ-A的污泥池内进行好氧消化。污泥池的清液回流至热交换氧化池内进行再处理。消化后剩余污泥很少，一般1-2年清理一次。清理方法采用吸粪车从污泥池的检查孔伸入污泥底部，进行抽吸外运即可。
2、风机房、风机：设备的风机设在消毒的上方，进口采用双层隔音，进风口有消声器、风机过滤器，因此运行时无噪音。风机采用二台转式风机，能自动交替运行。单台风机运行寿命30000小时左右。
3、调节
化工废水具有水质、水量多变化的特点，在一日内或一个班内都可能有很大变化，尤其是当操作不正常或设备、管道泄漏而使物料流入废水中时更为显著。废水水质、水量的这种变化对排水设施及废水处理设备，特别是生物处理设备正常发挥其净化功能是不利的，甚至还可能造成破坏。在这种情况下，经常采取的措施是在废水处理系统之前设调节池，用以进行水量的调节(均量池)和水质的均和(均质池)，以保证废水处理的正常进行。此外，均量池还可以起到临时贮存事故排水的作用。
4、离心分离
离心分离治理废水是利用快速旋转所产生的离心力将废水中悬浮颗粒进行分离。当含悬浮颗粒的废水发生快速旋转运动时，质量大的固体颗粒被甩到外围，质量小的则留在内圈，从而使废水与悬浮颗粒得到分离，废水获得净化。
